Acceptance

These Terms apply to the website and to MiniLLM.exe. If you do not agree, do not download or use the software.

License to use

MiniLLM finished software may be downloaded and used free of charge.
Only executable builds are distributed; source code is not provided.
No decompiling, reverse engineering, modified redistribution, or impersonating official versions without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use MiniLLM or its API to:

Violate applicable law or the rights of others (including privacy and copyright of third parties).
Distribute malware, run unauthorized scanning, or attack systems.
Publish infringing or unlawful model outputs, or bypass license terms of any model you load.
Misrepresent unofficial builds as official releases of Bashige.

Model outputs are generated by third-party models; you are responsible for how you use them — Disclaimer §3.

Official downloads

The only official site is https://minillm.bashige.com/.
Official binary path: /download/MiniLLM.exe.
Please verify version and checksum before running builds obtained elsewhere; unofficial mirrors are not supported.

User content & models

Prompts, chats and images you process stay on your device (see Privacy Policy).
You must own or have rights to any model files (GGUF, mmproj) you load; MiniLLM ships none.
Model licenses and copyright remain with their respective publishers; you assume that responsibility — see Third-party licenses.

Network security

You are responsible for securing any server you start:

Default 127.0.0.1 is for local use only.
If you set 0.0.0.0 for LAN, set an API key and firewall the port.
Do not expose the API to the public Internet — Privacy §6.

Intellectual property

“MiniLLM” is the product name of this tool; it is not a registered trademark of Bashige. The logo, website design and original code are © Bashige.
llama.cpp and other open-source components remain under their own licenses.
Trademarks of model publishers (e.g. Qwen, LLaVA) belong to their owners; their use on this site is for identification only.

No warranty

The site and software are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — full text in Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the website or software, including data loss, model inaccuracies, service interruption, or damage from exposed APIs.
