To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the author (Bashige) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or hardware damage, arising out of:

Download, installation, update, or use of MiniLLM / llama.cpp;
Model downloads, quantization choices, or VRAM/OOM situations;
Service exposure, firewall misconfiguration, or leaked API keys;
Interruption, corruption, or unavailability of this website.

Model outputs

Model outputs are determined by the models themselves. Verify anything important manually before relying on it.

LLMs can hallucinate, produce biased, inaccurate, or inappropriate content.

You are responsible for compliance of content you generate with applicable law and third-party rights.
MiniLLM does not moderate, filter, or endorse any model response.

Third-party components

MiniLLM may download or call llama.cpp and other open-source components; their licenses and disclaimers apply separately.
No large language model files are bundled; models you add are subject to their own copyright and licenses, and you bear that responsibility.
No affiliation with or endorsement by llama.cpp, model publishers, or hardware vendors is claimed unless explicitly stated.

Downloads & security

Only official builds from minillm.bashige.com are supported; mirrors may be modified — verify version and checksum.
Use standard endpoint protection; unsigned or unknown EXEs may trigger SmartScreen / AV heuristics — review before allowing.
Do not expose the local API to the public Internet; for LAN use set an API key and firewall rules (Privacy §6).
You are responsible for the safety of models and third-party binaries you download through the app.

Unauthorized exposure of 0.0.0.0 services without authentication can lead to data exposure or abuse; this risk is borne by the operator of the machine.
